Ingredients

500 GMS MUSHROOs (thinly sliced)

1 CUP PARSLEY (powder or fresh)

5 CLOVES GARLIC (minced)

3/4 CUP CHEESE (grated)

1 ½ CUP BREADCRUMBS

3 EGGS

1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL/COOKING OIL

1/2 TEASPOON SALT & BLACK PEPPER


Instructions

⦁ Slice the MUSHROOs into small pieces.

⦁ Take the minced garlic and saute it in the olive oil for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms.

⦁ Saute this mixture until the mushrooms release their moisture, and then simmer.

⦁ Let most of the water evaporate, then place it in a large bowl and let it cool.

⦁ Beat the eggs and add them to the bowl with the salt, pepper, parsley, cheese, and breadcrumbs.

⦁ Mix this well and make the meatballs. Then place on a baking tray and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.

⦁ Add them to pasta sauce or salads and serve.
