Ingredients

500 GMS MUSHROOS (sliced)

2 BELL PEPPERS (diced)

2 TBSP BUTTER

4 CLOVES OF GARLIC (crushed)

1 ONION (chopped)

1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE (or soy sauce)

FRESH PARSLEY

SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE


Instructions

⦁ Take the onions and sauté them on medium heat in butter for about 4 minutes.

⦁ Now add the MUSHROOs and sauté for another 4 minutes or so.

⦁ Add in the bell peppers and keep on the flame for another few minutes.

⦁ Now add Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce), garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix well for a minute or so.

⦁ Take the pan off the stove and garnish with fresh parsley.
