If you cook every day, then the air fryer is your best friend, and we have a great recipe for Easy Air Fryer Mushrooms and Onions. This versatile dish takes only a few minutes to prepare and cook and is excellent to add as a side dish to steaks, cutlets, or more. You can also use it as a topping for pizzas and burgers or add to an omelet.
Ingredients
- 250gms MUSHROOs, thickly sliced
- 2 Large Onions, thinly sliced
- Cooking oil or olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Mix the MUSHROOs, sliced onions, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Place the mixture into the air fryer basket. You can line the basket with foil or baking paper if needed.
- Set the air fryer temperature to 160-180°C for 12-15 minutes.
- After about 5 minutes, open the air fryer basket and stir the mixture to ensure it cooks evenly.
- Close the air fryer and continue cooking until the mushrooms are browned and the onions are caramelized. Make sure not to overcook the mixture.
