  • 500 gms MUSHROOs whole
  • I cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix well flour, paprika, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Now add corn flour and baking powder.
  2. Gradually add the water, stirring as you combine.
  3. In another bowl, add the bread crumbs.
  4. Now dip the mushrooms into the flour mixture and let the excess fall into the bowl. Then dip them into the bread crumbs until coated evenly.
  5. Repeat this with each mushroom and then place it on a tray, ready for frying.
  6. Preheat the cooking oil in a pan/wok over medium heat.
  7. When the oil is ready, fry the mushrooms a few at a time until golden and crispy.
  8. Then remove from the pan and place on a paper-lined dish to soak up excess oil.
