Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white button MUSHROOs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the olive oil and add the mushrooms and garlic.
  2. Suate until caramelized (browned) on a high flame for 3-5 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Remove from the stove once evenly brown, and sprinkle the chili and parsley flakes.
