- 2 cups white button MUSHROOs, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the olive oil and add the mushrooms and garlic.
- Suate until caramelized (browned) on a high flame for 3-5 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from the stove once evenly brown, and sprinkle the chili and parsley flakes.
