  • 200g white button MUSHROOs, cleaned and stems removed
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 50g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1012 slices of beef bacon
  • Toothpicks


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Prep by preheating the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the Mushrooms:
    • Clean the white button mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stems.
    • Combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt & black pepper in a bowl.
    • Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Stuff the Mushrooms:
    •  Take each white button MUSHROO cap and fill it with the cheese mixture, ensuring they are well-stuffed
    • Wrap each mushroom with a slice of beef bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  4. Arrange on a Baking Sheet:
    • Place the beef bacon-wrapped mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment/baking paper, ensuring they are not touching each other.
  5. Bake in the Oven:
    • Place the mushrooms in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the beef bacon is crisp and the mushrooms are cooked through.
  6.  Serve Warm:
    • Once done, remove the toothpicks and serve the beef bacon-wrapped mushrooms warm. You can garnish with additional fresh parsley or a sprinkle of black pepper if desired.
  7. Dipping Sauce (Optional):
