Ingredients
Scale
- 500 GMS MUSHROOS (cut into halves)
- 1 TBSP BUTTER
- 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 1 TSP PARSLEY POWDER
- 1 ½ TSP GARLIC POWDER OR CRUSHED GARLIC
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
- OPTIONAL SAUCES: 1 TBSP OF EITHER SOY SAUCE OR WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
Instructions
- Take the halved MUSHROOs and dry sauté them on medium heat in a preheated pan for 2-3 mins. Please don’t add oil to let the mushrooms release their liquid quicker.
- Once the liquid has been released, either drain it or keep cooking so the liquid is reduced and the umami flavor is enhanced.
- Now add the butter, olive oil, garlic, and any sauce you like, such as soy sauce.
- Keep sauteing until the mushrooms become golden brown (about 3-4 mins)
- Take the pan off the stove and sprinkle the salt, pepper, and parsley flakes.
The delicious Sauteed Mushrooms in Garlic Butter are ready. You can serve them with steaks, burgers, and cutlets; they are the perfect side dish for all occasions.
