Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 200 grams (approximately 2 1/2 cups) of finely chopped MUSHROOs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of dried or fresh parsley
  • 75 grams (about 3/4 cup) of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Samosa Wrappers


Instructions

  1. Sautéing the MUSHROOs and Garlic:
    • In a pan, melt the butter and add the finely chopped mushrooms and minced garlic.
    • Sauté until the mushrooms acquire a light golden brown colour.
  2. Seasoning and Cooling:
    •  Season the mushrooms with a pinch of salt, pepper, and parsley.
    • Cook for an additional minute.
    • Remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool for 10-15 minutes.
    • Mix in the grated mozzarella cheese.
  3. Filling and Shaping:
    • Take 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the mushroom and cheese mixture.
    • Place the mixture onto a samosa wrapper.
    • Shape and seal the wrapper using a small amount of water.
  4. Frying and Serving:
    • Deep fry the samosas until they achieve a delicious golden brown hue.
    • Serve and relish your delectable MUSHROO samosas!
