Ingredients
- 250 GMS MUSHROOS (soaked)
- 1 TBSP BUTTER
- 2 ONIONS (sliced finely)
- 4-5 CLOVES OF GARLIC (crushed)
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE (chili flakes optional)
- FRESH PARSLEY TO GARNISH
Instructions
· Soak the MUSHROOs in a bowl of water for a few minutes.
· Then peel the onions and chop them into small slices.
· Chop the garlic cloves into smaller pieces, then crush them.
· Melt the butter in a pan, stirring all the time.
· Add the onions, crushed garlic, and sauté until slightly brown.
· Add the sliced mushrooms, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and continue to sauté.
· Keep sauteing until the mushrooms become golden brown (about 3-4 mins).
· Sprinkle the fresh parsley and mix well.
