Description

This delicious side dish is a great accompaniment to steaks and cutlets, or a topping for burgers. Make the Easy Butter Garlic Mushrooms with the simplest prep, then enjoy fresh or keep for later.

It’s a tasty and nutritious addition to most meals!


Ingredients

  • 250 GMS MUSHROOS (soaked)
  • 1 TBSP BUTTER
  • 2 ONIONS (sliced finely)
  • 4-5 CLOVES OF GARLIC (crushed)
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE (chili flakes optional)
  • FRESH PARSLEY TO GARNISH


Instructions

·        Soak the MUSHROOs in a bowl of water for a few minutes.

·        Then peel the onions and chop them into small slices.

·        Chop the garlic cloves into smaller pieces, then crush them.

·        Melt the butter in a pan, stirring all the time.

·        Add the onions, crushed garlic, and sauté until slightly brown.

·        Add the sliced mushrooms, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and continue to sauté.

·        Keep sauteing until the mushrooms become golden brown (about 3-4 mins).

·        Sprinkle the fresh parsley and mix well.

Notes
