Mushroom Crispy Samosa

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 200 g finely chopped mushrooms
- ½ tablespoon minced garlic
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
- 75 g (about ¾ cup) grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup water
- Samosa wrappers
Instructions

Sauté the Mushrooms and Garlic
In a pan, melt the butter and add the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms turn lightly golden brown. -
Season the Filling
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook for another minute. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool for about 10–15 minutes. Mix in the grated mozzarella cheese. -
Fill the Samosas
Place 1½–2 tablespoons of the mushroom mixture onto a samosa wrapper. Fold and seal the wrapper using a small amount of water. -
Fry the Samosas
Deep fry the samosas until they become golden brown and crispy. -
Serve
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Mushroo samosas.
