FAQs
Instead of butter/olive oil, can I use cooking oil?
If you want a lighter-tasting side dish, feel free to substitute cooking oil for the butter and olive oil mixture.
Can I add other spices, too?
If you want to spice up the recipe, you can also add a bit of red chili powder or chili flakes. For a milder flavor, add oregano and thyme.
Can I add onions to this recipe as well?
Sautéed and caramelized onions will add a hearty sweetness to the recipe. Add those to the mushrooms when sautéing if you want to change the recipe.
